  First, the receptionist was kind, helpful, and very professional.
  As far as the dentist, he was rude and impatient. He interrupted me when I tried to explain my concerns and rolled his eyes when I tried to finish. This is very disrespectful.
  He looked at my teeth for all of 5 seconds before jumping to root canals and multiple visits and procedures taking months. I do not trust him - I think he only had dollar signs on his mind and not my dental health. There is no way I would let somebody who shows so little respect of his patients do work on my mouth. I should have followed my instincts and left immediately. He did not deserve to be paid for this consultation.

  Terrible experience. The dentist himself is fine but the experience was ruined by his clueless receptionist who tried to overcharge me for a "new patient" fee of almost $200 - not covered by insurance. I specifically asked when signing up with this practice if there were any fees and they denied it until I went to pay. The hygienists could barely work the computer which made my appointment running 30 minutes over time. I recommend Dr. Ki get an entirely new team, as each person is more clueless than the next. I STRONGLY recommend you not come here.
