  Glenn Paterson
  Booked an appointment for an estimate 2 weeks in advance. On the scheduled date, left work early, rushed home - nobody shows up. Call the office, & I'm told "Sorry, we don't have you in the system, can we call you back in a few minutes and maybe send somebody out there?"...OK. So I waited an hour. No return call.
  So, I'll pass on these guys.
